Custom Apparel & DTF Transfers

Your Team Is a Billboard.
Dress Them Like It.

Shirts, hoodies, and totes for teams, events, staff, and merch. Full-color DTF and heat transfer vinyl, both available now. One piece or two hundred.

The 48-Piece Minimum Trap

Most shops won't start a job under a few dozen pieces. So you order 100 shirts for a crew of 40, guess the size spread, and get it wrong.

Sixty shirts in the wrong sizes sit in a box for three years. You paid for every one of them.

DTF, HTV, or Layered Vinyl?
Here's the Honest Answer.

Three ways to put a graphic on a garment. They are genuinely different, and the wrong pick shows up the first time it goes through a wash.

The short version: simple and bold, HTV. Detailed or full-color, DTF.

Both are available right now, and we're working toward bringing DTF in-house. If you're unsure, describe the design when you request a quote and we'll pick for you. And tell you why.

DTF transfers run from 2x2 inches up to 12x17 inches, big enough for a full adult front or back print.

Blanks, Decoration, and Finished Goods

Most orders work like this: we source the blank garments, decorate them with your logo or original artwork, and hand you finished apparel ready to wear or hand out. If you already have blanks you like, or a brand you're committed to, we'll decorate those instead.

Typical orders: employee uniforms, restaurant and coffee shop apparel, event and team shirts with names and numbers, promotional giveaways, and branded merchandise.

What People Actually Order

Staff uniforms

Consistent branded shirts for a crew, with the option to reorder singles when someone new starts instead of guessing sizes a year ahead.

Teams & events

Rosters with individual names and numbers, event shirts with a date on the back, volunteer tees that actually get worn again.

Merch drops

Small-batch designs you can test before committing. Print twenty, see what sells, print more of the winner.

Giveaways

Branded totes and tees for booths, openings, and customer gifts, without ordering a pallet you'll be storing next year.

No Artwork? Still Fine.

Apparel graphics are their own discipline. A logo that works on a business card often looks lost across a chest. We build apparel-specific artwork, rebuild logos that only exist as low-res files, and show you a mockup before anything touches a garment.

Apparel Questions

Can I really order just one shirt?

Yes. One shirt is a normal order here, not a favor. Birthdays, a single staff replacement, a prototype before you commit to a run. All fine. The setup work is the same whether it's one or fifty, so the per-piece cost is higher on a single, but there is no minimum blocking you from ordering it.

Can I bring my own garments?

Usually yes, and it's a good option if you already have blanks or a specific brand you like. Two honest caveats: we can't warranty a garment we didn't supply if the press damages it, and some fabrics (certain performance blends and heavily waterproofed fabrics in particular) don't take heat or adhesive well. Tell us the brand and blend before you buy a case of them and we'll flag anything risky.

How do I wash it so the graphic lasts?

Turn the garment inside out, wash cold, and tumble dry low or hang it. Skip bleach and skip ironing directly on the graphic. Done that way, a properly pressed and cured transfer outlasts the garment's color. Most cracked graphics you've seen came from high heat in the dryer, not from the printing.

Can you do names and numbers on team shirts?

Yes. Individual names and numbers on each shirt are a standard job. Send the roster as a spreadsheet or a simple list with the size next to each name and we'll handle the layout. It's worth confirming spellings with us before we press; that's the one thing that can't be undone afterward.

How big can the design be?

DTF transfers run from 2x2 inches up to 12x17 inches, which covers a full adult front or back print. A large chest graphic or a full back design is no problem. Smaller placements like a left chest logo, a sleeve hit, or a pocket-sized mark all sit comfortably inside that range too. If you're not sure what size your design should be, tell us the garment and where you want it and we'll spec it on the proof before anything is pressed. Note this is separate from our flat printing, which runs up to 11x17 on paper and cardstock.

Do you print on dark garments?

Yes. DTF handles dark garments natively because it lays down a white underbase behind your artwork, so colors stay true instead of going dull against black or navy. Heat transfer vinyl also works on darks since it's solid colored material rather than ink. Either way, dark shirts are not a problem or a surcharge surprise.

What about hats?

Hats aren't running in the studio yet. It's on the list, and if you ask we'll tell you exactly where that stands. In the meantime we can cover the rest of an apparel package (shirts, hoodies, and totes) and point you somewhere good for the caps.
